How can Europe move from being a user of AI technologies to becoming a global leader in the development and deployment of artificial intelligence? This is one of the key questions that will be addressed at the Economic AI & HPC Forum, a strategic dialogue organized by MIPRO and CroAI.

The Forum is designed as a platform that connects European AI policy, digital infrastructure, industrial deployment, and economic development, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, High Performance Computing (HPC), and the regulatory frameworks that will shape the future of the European economy.

Special attention will be given to the concept of Anorganic Intelligence — a new evolutionary phase beyond conventional AI, enabling autonomous, infrastructure-embedded, and system-level intelligence. The Forum will explore how Europe can build its own AI ecosystem based on technological sovereignty, resilience, and competitiveness within the framework of the Digital Decade 2030.

In addition to infrastructure development and HPC capabilities, discussions will focus on enterprise readiness for AI transformation, including generative and agentic AI, as well as the broader impact of artificial intelligence on industry, the labor market, and economic transition. Particular emphasis will be placed on connecting large enterprises, startups, academia, and SMEs in shaping a new European industrial AI strategy.
